Anatoly Zavoruev, a renowned actor and master of the puppet theater, has died in Lipetsk. The regional department of culture and art announced the sad news of his passing. Having started his artistic career at the puppet theater on November 26, 1969, Zavoruev quickly mastered the technique of puppet manipulation. Over the years, he created a number of memorable theater characters that continue to captivate young audiences in the theater's performances.
His portrait was displayed on the regional and city Boards of Honor, and in 1990, he was included in the Book of Honor of the Lipetsk region. The farewell ceremony for the master of the stage, Anatoly Zavoruev, will take place at the Lipetsk State Puppet Theater today.
