On September 13, there will be two court sessions regarding the case of singer Larisa Dolina. The journalist reported this information in the court.
One session will be a conversation about Dolina's lawsuit against the buyer of an apartment, Polina Lurie, to declare the sale of the property invalid. On the same day, a counterclaim by Lurie against Dolina will be considered.
Dolina's claim seeks to challenge the "alienation agreement" of the apartment. The claim states that the sale of the apartment was made "under the influence of deception by third parties." On the other hand, Lurie demands that Dolina and her daughter be deprived of the right to use the property, as well as their eviction and deregistration.
Experts suggest that the sale agreement of the luxury property could be declared invalid.
Criminals convinced Dolina to sell her luxury apartment in central Moscow and transfer the money to what they claimed was a safe account. A criminal case was initiated, and the singer's apartment was arrested. Law enforcement agencies reported that the criminals are still at large and convinced her to save her money from illegal encroachments. As a result of the scam, Dolina lost her property.
The police arrested Angela Tsyrulnikova, a 53-year-old woman through whom Dolina had passed some of the money to the fraudsters. Later, the woman became the new owner of the luxury apartment. At the end of August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against the new owner of the property. On September 3, it became known that Lurie, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Dolina.
